TRANSFER RULE CLARIFICATION
A dancer must have attended a class with the new Registered Teacher/s, and the class must take place at a venue normally/regularly used for dancing classes by that Registered Teacher before a transfer can be deemed to have taken place.
After the first class has taken place the new teacher must send written notification (either by letter or email) to the Transfer Secretary, either Sonia McLaughlin at s.m.mclaughlin@hotmail.co.uk or Stella Moore at stellamoore4@aol.com and copy in Katie Gibbons, Treasurer, at katiemgibbons93@gmail.com. Payment should then be made to the NWRC bank account within 5 days.
The administrative cost to Transfer a pupil is £10 per family. Please contact Katie if you need bank account details.
